Is it possible to transfer all of your projects, including sections, tasks, sub tasks and also all of the information included in all of these items straight over to Todoist?

 

So I would want the tasks to include the people they have been assigned to the times the dates and files, et cetera et cetera.

 

I have tried to do it by exporting from Asana as a CSV file and then importing it into Todoist, however this does not work.

 

Is there anybody out there who has successfully managed to transfer all of their information from Asana i.e. several projects onto Todoist in a relatively simple manner?

Migrating projects from Asana to Todoist can be challenging due to differences in their data structures. While CSV exports from Asana may not capture all details like subtasks or assignees, manual setup in Todoist might be necessary for complex projects. Third-party tools like Zapier can automate parts of the process, but they may not transfer every detail. Alternatively, you could create Zaps to move tasks from Asana to Todoist, or write a custom script using both platforms' APIs for a more tailored solution.
