Can I send an email to a client from Outlook and have Zapier convert it to an SMS. If my client replies to the SMS, will Zapier convert it back to an email to my Outlook inbox?

I thought I could send an email directly to Zapier’s SMS Alert and it will convert it to an SMS. I guess that’s not the case. Which SMS app do you recommend?
