I have an automation that creates an item in monday.com when an invoice is created through Xero, how can I also make it so the item is updated/synced when the invoice changes ie, when the price or the lines change?

You will need a second zap that is triggered when the invoice gets updated. Then you will have to add a “find/search” step in monday.com, and then update accordingly.
