Hi, we are looking to create a new Zap with the following scenario:
- We have a help centre in Intercom where internal staff maintain the articles
- We have a help centre in Zendesk where customers would search for help
- Whenever an article is newly created, updated or deleted in Intercom, this article is required to be sync to Zendesk so that customers are able to view those articles
Is this something we can do with a Zap?

@jun! If you’re trying to understand whether or not something is possible with a Zap, the first thing to do is to check the triggers and actions for the apps that you’re using. For Intercom, you can find that here, and for Zendesk it’s this page.
In this case, neither integration have triggers or actions related to articles, so it looks like this wouldn’t be possible. If you’re good with code, you might be able to create this using webhooks but it’s a pretty advanced solution that we wouldn’t be able to help you with, sorry about that.
