How do I split products from a Ninja Form into separate estimates in Zoho Invoice?

Foundstone

I have a  Ninja Form for my client to input their services request(eg. Product A, Product B...). All data will be syncd to Zoho Invoice immediately. I do this zap successfully.

However, I would like to split products into different new estimate. That’s mean one single input form and create Product A to Estimate A, Product B to Estimate B...

Is it possible to do that?

I wouldn’t anticipate that being a problem!

You can do this by setting up multiple Zaps, one for each product, with filters to create separate estimates.

  1. Trigger: Ninja Forms (New Form Submission)
  2. Action: Filter by Zapier - Set up the filter to only continue if the product selected in your form matches the specific product you want to create an estimate for (e.g., Product A).
  3. Action: Zoho Invoice (Create New Estimate)
