How Do I setup a 2 way bi-directional synch between Salesforce and Jira cloud?

How do I create a zap  that will perform a 2 way bi-directional synch between Salesforce and Jira cloud. I want the zap to generate a new Jira issue when a new Salesforce case is created by a specific CASE TEAM and a specific CASE OWNER. I need to setup the zap so that the below requirements are achieved:
•    I want the Salesforce Case Subject line to map to the Jira issue summary field
•     I want the Salesforce case description to map to the Jira issue description field
•     When the Jira issue is created, I want the salesforce case updated to include the Jira issue link
•    Updates to the Case in Salesforce should update the Issue in Jira
•    Updates to the Issue in Jira should update the Case in Salesforce

Hi @mxc

Zaps are not meant for bi-directional data syncing as those can cause infinite loops: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495908569613-Does-Zapier-support-two-way-syncing
