How do I set up Zapier to filter Airtable spreadsheet rows based on today's date?

Dear all, how do I configure Zapier to filter the rows (in a spreadsheet) that have a date column that refer to the current day? For example, if I want to send an automatic message to the person on their birthday or when an installment payment is due?

Hi @isaias_santana

Please clarify which app you are using for the spreadsheet.

If using Airtable, then use the native Views and Automations.

Hi @isaias_santana,

Welcome to the Community.

To filter spreadsheet rows by the current date using Zapier, set up a Zap triggered by new or updated rows. Use 'Formatter by Zapier' to reformat the date column to 'YYYY-MM-DD.' Then, add a 'Filter by Zapier' step to match the formatted date with Zapier's 'Today's Date' function in the same format. Finally, add an action to send an automatic message, such as an email or SMS, based on the filtered rows. Test the Zap to ensure it works correctly.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask.
