  • How do I set up a Zap to create a JobNimbus contact from OpenPhone calls, including voice recording and transcript?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to optimize our process between OpenPhone and JobNimbus. Does anyone know how to set up a Zap in Zapier that creates a JobNimbus contact after an OpenPhone call and uploads the voice recording and transcript summary to the contact? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Review the available Zap triggers/actions for each app:

 

NOTES:

  1. You’ll want to check for existing contacts before determining if a new contact needs to be created
  2. You will have to use the JobNimbus API to handle files: https://support.jobnimbus.com/how-do-i-create-an-integration-using-jobnimbuss-open-api

  1. Trigger: OpenPhone - Call Recording Completed
  2. Action: JobNimbus - Create Contact
