Can someone guide me on setting up a Zap for the following HubSpot-JIRA scenario?
I want to generate a new JIRA ticket when a fresh ticket is created in the HubSpot ticket portal. The JIRA ticket should be initiated with the status of "Action on Appu" and later transition to the "Action on appuappu" status.
It's important to note that this should apply to new JIRA tickets and does not involve updating existing ones. Appreciate any assistance on configuring this Zap
