I need to setup a trigger for a slack direct message to turn on a luxafor light. I can not find any option to set up a trigger for when a employee gets a direct message in slack so I can then set the action to turn on the luxafor light. I made some for slack channels no problem but I need the light to also turn on when an employee receives a regualr direct message.

Why not use a private channel instead of a DM?
So example I send a message to Ashley and I want the Luxafor light to turn on so it notifies her she has a direct message from me. Are you saying using this Private channel will accomplish this?

The Private Channel could only be the 2 of you.
