This is the flow that I tried to setup:
New ticket purchase from Tickettailor will trigger the flow → it will get the buyer information and send it to Airtable, where I did a little calculation to get the new Total price that Buyer need to pay → Create/Update Mailchimp Contact with 2 additional merge fields: TIXTOTAL (which is the new total price) and TIXTYPE (ticket type) → send a Mailchimp transactional email with email template.
Here at this step I cannot get the value of “From Name” and “From Email”, as you can see below, there is no selection from the Mailchimp / Mandrill template (Payment for UXVN Fest 24).
