How do I send YouTube Zap messages to specific topics in Telegram, not general chat?

Hi, I'm using ZAP: Youtube to Telegram.

My telegram group contains topics, can I configure to send a message to a specific topic and not to general chat?

These are the available fields for the Zap action: Telegram - Send Message

@Troy Tessalone yep, but all topics have the same chat Id. Also, all topics have their own: 

message_thread_id
