I’m trying to get ClickSend to send an SMS based on if a VIP user within Fresh Service submits a ticket out of Fresh Services business hours however it doesn’t seem that Zapier has that much functoriality when it comes to the Fresh Service integration I was wondering if anyone had a cleaver way or if they knew this was possible or not?

You may need to add a Filter as Step 2.

Which data point indicates the user that submitted the ticket is a VIP?

You may need to add a step to Find the User who submitted the Ticket to get more info about them to then Filter.
