Hello!

I am trying to set a zap where every new entry on a ninja form is automatically added to a google sheet row (create new row) the problem I have is that some of the fields on the ninja form are multiple choice (some are for nationality, so the options could be all of the countries in the world!) I also have some optional fields that might go unfilled. The question is do I have to map everysinge possible field for country, or for any multi-choice field for it to reflect on my google sheet? I only want to record the nationality the person records, but when I test the zap nothing is being added. Could you please help me find a solution?

Thank you!

Hello @JammerS and @Troy Tessalone

Thanks for your prompt reply. I was able to figure it out by asking ChatGPT! hehe. I am new to zapier and now that I understand it a bit better, the answer is quite intuitive. As long and you chose the answer that you put for the test zap it will continue to capture it for the other submissions and show the answer unique to that submission. There is no need to choose all the possible answers in the form. So, far that zap is working well and I am getting all the answers as I have tested them.

Hi @IAAC Admissions

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings.

Elaborate about specific issues you are having with configuring the Zap steps.
