Question

How do I search HubSpot for customer existence based on email or address, ensuring successful matches?

I must not understand how the search properties work. When a customer places an order on woocommerce I want to search Hubspot to see if they exist. The issue is I want to search both the email and the address. When I enter the email in search property one and address in property two, if it cannot find BOTH fields as a match the zap fails. I want it to be a success if it finds either of them.

So in a nutshell I want it to search hubspot contacts for the email and address and if it finds either of them, it needs to go to the next step.

Hi @Disciple

Good question.

You would likely have to explore using the HubSpot API via one of these actions to do more advanced search conditions.
