How do I schedule a Zap based on a variable “date” in Google Sheets?

Hi!

I’d like to know if it’s possible to schedule a zap based on a variable “date” in Google Sheets.

Example
Google sheets: date 2023/04/15 or 2023/11/11
Schedule zap: the day after (that date)
