Question

How do I replay all of my held tasks, (more than the 5,000 limit,) so they automatically run.

Hello all,

We’ve recently gone live with a change over that caused over 10k zaps to go through.  Because we hit our initial limit from our tasks, after upgrading, it now states I have over 10k zaps to re-run.  When I attempt to re-play the ones that failed, it allows me to try to run them but only at 5k a load.  Is there a way to submit all of them without having to re-run them all 5k at a time?  Appreciate any help.

Jdolph

Hi @JDolphLP, welcome to the Community! 🎉

Sorry to hear that your Zap runs got held. A maximum of 5,000 Zap runs can be replayed at a time, so right now, its not going to be possible to select all 10,000 Zap runs at once:

It might be worth enabling Autoreplay which would automatically replay any errored Zap runs in future.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions just let us know! 🙂

SamB,

Thank you for the response!  I admittedly am very new to Zapier so I was wondering if that toggle for AutoPlay would then continue to send the other items that were not sent or is that something you enable per ZAP.

Again, thank you for the response!

You’re very welcome @JDolphLP! 🤗

Great question—when you enable Autoreplay, I believe it would only process new Zap runs from that point forward. And not automatically replay the Zap runs that were stopped while Autoreplay was not enabled.

Let me know if you have any more questions—I’m happy to help!
