My zap is not working. How can i remove a contact in active campaign list when they buy a product in kajabi?
Also what is contact ID in Active campaign section?

The Zap step 1 error shown in the screenshots is related to the app itself and may be a temp error.

 

Which Zap action steps are you trying to use? (screenshots)

 

If you need to find the AC Contact ID, then use this Zap action: AC - Find Contact (by email, ID, phone)
