Unfortunately, a few people are leaving my company. I know they created Zaps, so I want  to offboard them correctly, to be sure that their Zaps continue to work and that they are correctly documented.

In the “Zap History” page, “Task usage” tab, I can filter by owners and find the Zaps they own. It works if the ownership was correctly updated, which is already a good thing. But I know it is not the case across the board.

Using the Apps page, I can find which accounts were connected, and the Zaps that use them. But I can’t find a filtering mechanism.

So my only option is to load the Apps one by one and check if those persons’ connection are present. And then check if they “own” the corresponding Zaps. Am I missing something?

Hi @Timothep it looks like you’re on the right track!

Maybe you can also check this article if you’re using Team or Company plans! In case the feature is not available for you, feel tree to contact Zapier support.

Cheers,
