How do I make not only the Google Form answers, but also the QUESTIONS appear in a Wordpress Post?

Hi, Im using the web hook where it takes Google form responses and turns them into a Wordpress blog post. The only issue is that is only transfers the Google form answers over into the post. I also want the Google form questions to be included in the post. (Interview style). Any ideas?

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, the screenshot of your action step that shows all of its fields. Here’s an example screenshot:

You’ll have to manually type the static question/label before each mapped variable.
