Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to link ticket data from Intercom to our CRM Microsoft Dynamics. How can I connect these platforms via Zapier so that when a customer creates a ticket in Intercom the ticket data gets added in some way to the customer’s profile or the main dashboard on our CRM?

It would help because one could see on our CRM which customer had support requests.
