I’ve been billed for pro price, went to downgrade to free and paid for starer by mistake. My month end date is tomorrow. I've now downgraded to free and the screen showed £24 credit, how is that applied?

Tried to contact support on the links from chat bot but that takes me to your support pages. Emailed contact@ and billing@ but both are noreply emails.

Happy to delete my account but want the £24 back out of principle. Also the fact I cant raise a ticket when the chat bot is telling me to or contact you because the support pages loop back to themselves, is ridiculous and p*ssing me off. Sure I’m not the only one
