Hello Zapier Community,

I am writing to request a refund for a charge that was made to my account without any notification. I was charged for my next month of Zapier, but I meant to cancel my subscription before the charge was made.
I understand that Zapier's refund policy states that refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis - I have already submitted two requests through the Zapier Community page, No progress except the acknowledgment notification.

I would like to request a refund for this charge as I did not intend to continue my subscription.

but I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone else has had a similar experience and if they were able to successfully receive a refund.

I got the refund today, also someone from support responded to one of my ticket
