Hi,
I’m needing to know if there is there any way I can find out the Zap account that is attached to a specific Zap URL?
Someone else set up the Zap on our behalf and when I log into the account that is supposed to have set up the Zap to trigger, it tells me that there are no Zaps for that account.
I know the Zap is firing because I can see the people I add via the Zap URL being added into our Campaign Monitor list, which is what the Zap is for. I just can’t find the account so I can make modifications to the Zap.
Any assistance/advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
