How do I extract plain text from an HTML email body in Microsoft Outlook using Zapier?

Hello,

I have a zap that triggers with a new email in Outlook. I wanted to extract some texts from the email body content, but it’s a bunch of html. Would it be possible to extract the email body to normal plain texts? Appreciate some guidance, thanks in advance.
