  • How do I ensure the full text of the message is sent across to the long text field of the Pipedrive deal?

EDIT: All Good. I’ve just added an extra step to add a note to the Deal. 

 

I’ve been trying to zap over an Gmail email enquiry to Pipedrive and create a new Deal. 

The body of the email contains a message from the lead, which I am trying to map to a new custom Large Text field in Pipedrive. 

Everything is working fine, save that Pipedrive is capping the characters well-short of what I need, it only takes across a few hundred characters and chops the rest off. 

 

Has anyone experienced this when integrating emails to Pipedrive? Any ideas on how to ensure the full text of the message is sent across to the Pipedrive Long Text field in the deal?
