We integrated Zapier with MailChimp. When someone joins our network, two things happen: their email address is added to a specific audience in MailChimp and a welcome email goes out to them. However, the welcome email is missing a link to a member survey and I also need to change the subject line. I created a new campaign in MailChimp. However, when I click on the Zap to edit, I’m not seeing where the campaign was selected to change it to the new campaign. How do I switch campaigns without starting a new Zap?

Good question.

It’s likely the Welcome Email was being sent as a result of a Tag being added to the Subscriber, so make sure the new Mailchimp Customer Journey Automation is configured to be triggered for a specific Tag.

We’d need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in order to have enough context.
