Question

How do I dynamically updates for Google Sheets using Zapier?

Hi Zapers!

I have a zap that inputs data into a google sheet. I found an issue in that the update row feature is static so it would overwrite what was in the specific row.

Example row to was completed the zap would be triggered again and would place new data in row 2.

In my deep dive in the community; I found dynamic custom inputs. however I am not sure how to make the action so the zaps runs in the next empty row.

Example zap is triggered inputing data in row 3. Zap is triggered agin inputting data in row 4, so on and so forth.

What action are you using? Instead of using the "Update Spreadsheet Row" action, which overwrites existing data, use the "Create Spreadsheet Row" action. This action automatically appends data to the next empty row in your Google Sheet.
