I know I can CREATE a checklist in ClickUp using Zapier, but it is possible to UPDATE or check off an item in a checklist using Zapier? I see that Integromat/Make can do it, but since I pay for Zapier it’d be great to be able to do that function here.

You’d likely have to use the ClickUp API via the API Request action: https://clickup.com/api/clickupreference/operation/EditChecklistItem/
