Hi Community,
I am trying to Zap my docusign account with a new client added in ABC Trainerize. i have the integratioin set but when i create a new client in ABC Trainerize, the client data does not populate in Docusign. its like its not pulling the right information or any information at all. any help fixing this error would be greatly appreciated! Screenshots attached.

Looks like Trainerize may only return dummy values for data points or you may need to select a different trigger example: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496310366093-Change-the-test-record-in-your-Zap-trigger
Try turning your Zap ON and testing live from Trainerize.
Then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Just came across this and wanted to check how things were going—did the fields you’d mapped in the Docusign action use the correct client details from Trainerize when the Zap was switched on and tested live?
