Question

How do I create a Zap to update Mailchimp for new or updated users in AroFlo?

This was the suggested Zap. It identifies the clients correctly from aroflo however doesn’t bring in the details of the client to update mailchimp. Looking for suggestions how i can get the additional information from aroflo once the client has been identified.

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap step 2 is configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings.

Reference the Zap app trigger description.

It indicates another Zap step needs to be added.
