Hello, I am lookig to create a zap, if possible, to remind me to send a follow up email everytime I get an email from a specific email account on my edison email account. Do you know if this is possible?

Not sure if you’re already got this solved but I wanted to suggest using the IMAP by Zapier app to connect to your email account. It should allow you to trigger a Zap from new emails, then you could use a Filter action to check whether the email was sent by a specific email account - if you’ve not worked with filters before you can learn more about how to set them up here: Add conditions to Zaps with filters. Then you’d have another action that would send out the reminder to you.
