How do I create a Zap to export data from Salesforce to Excel

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to create a flow to export data from Salesforce to Excel and it's not easy at all. What I’m looking for is updating certain cells in excel once the related field in the Salesforce account in updated. Do you have any idea of the specific steps I have to follow?
