How do I create a Notion page when a HubSpot Ticket is created with Ops Team assigned?

Hey guys !

 

I’m trying to set up an automation to create a page in Notion whenver I get a Ticket in Hubspot.
However I couldn’t find out how to define the. 

 

It should say something like :

If New Ticket is created and Ops Team is any of ...

then create a new page in Notion.

 

Does that work ?

Try these Zap Steps:

  1. Trigger: HubSpot - New Ticket

  2. Action: Filter

  3. Action: Notion - Create Page

I just came across this and wanted to check how things are going. Did using a Filter as Troy suggested help to ensure that the new page is only added to Notion if the Ops Team for the ticket matches certain values?
