How do I create a conditional Zap?

I’ve connected Hotjar to Salesforce so we can follow up on survey responses.  However, I ONLY want a Salesforce case to be created if someone answers No to a question in the survey but I don’t see any way to set a conditional Zap.  Has anyone does this before?

Thanks!

Hi @Giselle

Good question.

Try adding a Filter step to your Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

On Professional+ plans, you can add Paths: https://zapier.com/help/create/customize/add-branching-logic-to-zaps-with-paths

Hi @Giselle, hope you’re doing well!

You can add conditions to a Zap by adding filters. You can learn more about that here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496276332557-Add-conditions-to-Zaps-with-filters

Hope that helps 😀

Can Filters be used under Free Plan?

@Troy Tessalone

Can Paths be used under Starter Plan?

If No, what are other options to use conditions with zapier?

Thank you

@dataguyin

Filters require a Zapier paid plan.

Paths require a Zapier paid plan (Professional +).

Thank you
