How do I connect webform to CRM

Hi all,

Hope you don’t mind asking for support here. But i’m new to Zapier and totally lost how / where to start. I currently have a form on my website that is used to let visitors subscribe to our newsletter, via Mailchimp. But our CRM application doesn’t allow that because it overwrites Mailchimp.

So, i need to connect the web form to our CRM app. How to do this? Is there a blog that specifically addresses how to set up newsletter subscribers? I read a lot of full contact forms, and google forms usage etc but what i’m after is just name + lastname + email and “send”.

Hope anyone can provide some guidance here how to make this work on my Wordpress website.

KR, Dennis

Hi @Toolio

What is your CRM app?

What app is being used for your web form?

Consider hiring a Zapier Expert: https://zapier.com/experts

Hi @Troy Tessalone, It’s Teamleader. I’m currently using the MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress plugin. But will most likely need to switch to something like Contact Form 7 because I can’t/won’t use MC4WP.

@Toolio

Teamleader has these available Zap triggers/actions: https://zapier.com/apps/teamleader/integrations#triggers-and-actions

CF7 would need to use webhooks to send data to trigger a Zap.

Webhooks: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
