How do I connect Klaviyo form submission to Intercom?

Hello,

We have a Klaviyo form embedded on our website on which customers can request a quote. Curently the form feeds into a Klaviyo list. I need the ZAP to link Klaiyo to Intercom. I need the completed form submission to create an intercom conversation, with the details from the form which the sales team can pick up in intercom to make contact with the customer.

  2. Action: Intercom - Create Conversation
