I would like Zapier to be able to collect the data from a call transcript based on key words, and then I can create an action from that

Welcome to the Community.

 

You can use Zapier to analyze call transcripts for keywords and trigger actions based on them. Start with a trigger (for example, a new transcript in Google Drive or Dropbox), then use Formatter by Zapier to extract keywords with regex. Finally, set up an action such as sending an email, creating a task, or updating a spreadsheet. Regex knowledge may be needed for accurate keyword extraction.
