Hi,

How do I create an Outlook calendar event based on a Shopify location attribute? eg if the location is “Location A” then the event would be created in “Outloook calendar A” or if the location is “Location X” then the event would be created in “Outloook calendar X”.

Do I need to set up a Zap for each location or is there an easier way?

Zaps with 3+ steps require a Zapier paid plan.

  1. Trigger: Shopify - New Order
  2. Action: Filter / Path / Lookup Table
  3. Action: Outlook - Create Event

Hi @fuller

Good question.

Options:

  • Filter
  • Paths
    • Paths require a Zapier Pro+ plan
  • Lookup Table

If i use a filter and have 32 locations, i would have to create a zap with a filter per location right?

@fuller

Try the Lookup Table option.

If those Outlook Calendars belong to different Outlook accounts, then you will need separate Zaps.

does the Lookup Table require a Pro account?
