I am trying to automate ticket statuses between Zendesk and clickup.
I’ve already linked my accounts and everything is working great as far as creating tickets in zendesk when tickets are created in Zendesk. I have custom statuses in both zendesk and clickup. What I’d like to happen is when a ticket changes statuses in zendesk, to change to that same custom status in clickup.
Any help on this topic is greatly appreciated!
