Question

How do I change the order of new Facebook leads in tables to appear on top and adjust the time zone?

When a new lead from facebook comes into the tables it goes under an older lead, I would like to know how can I change so the new one will come on top.

Also the time it shows it entered is like few hours diffrence then my time zone, how can I change that as well?
