How do I change message templates on WhatsApp to customize the content of messages sent from Asana?

Olá!

 

Quero enviar uma mensagem no WhatsApp a partir de uma ação no Asana. 

 

No entanto, só aparece pra mim modelos de mensagens prontos. Gostaria de saber como eu faço para alterar a mensagem que vai ser enviada, ou seja alterar os modelos.

You can use WhatsApp Notifications in your Zaps to send yourself WhatsApp messages to your WhatsApp account. 

Messages are limited to prefilled templates for:

  • New Lead
  • New Message 
  • Payment Confirmation
  • New Order
  • Shipping Confirmation
  • Calendar Reminder

There is a way i can edit those templates?

Hi ​@Pepeccio,

 

Zapier's WhatsApp integration relies on the WhatsApp Business API, which only supports sending pre-approved message templates to ensure quality and prevent spam. These templates can't be customized within Zapier. If you need a new template, you must request approval through your Facebook Business Manager, as WhatsApp, not Zapier, manages this process.
