I’m needing a way to capture a new Facebook group member’s email address when they join and add it to my email platform  and email list. It seems this feature is not yet available. So my question is, what is a workaround for this? Is there a zap or series of zaps that I can set up that can help me do the same thing a different way?

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the Facebook Groups integration doesn’t support triggering on when a new member joined your group. However, we do have a feature request for this exact functionality.

I have added you as another interested member. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
