How do I cancel a subscription in Zapier?

They are charging me a Zapier fee to my card and I did not authorize it. What should I do?

Sorry to hear about the unexpected charges here!

​@Directora, I’m not seeing any support tickets from you open with our Support team. As Jammer mentioned you’ll want to reach out to our Support team for help in figuring out the cause of that subscription charge. You can get in touch with them here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help.

In the meantime, here are a couple of guides that might help:

​@LAURI AC, I reviewed your conversation with our Support team and it seems the cancellation didn’t go through, which caused the unexpected charges. The team has rectified that, so you should be all set! If you can’t see their reply in your email inbox, I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case it’s been misplaced. 

If you have any further questions about your account or billing, feel free to contact our Support team directly. And if you need help with anything else Zap-related, you’re always welcome to start a new topic here in the Community. In the meantime, happy Zapping! 😁⚡

Hi ​@Directora,

 

Sorry to hear about the unexpected charge on your card. First, log in to your Zapier account to review your billing history and ensure no active subscriptions or shared access changes. If the charge seems incorrect, contact Zapier Support through the Help Center with details like the date, amount, and account info. Also, check your payment method for unauthorized use and consider notifying your bank. You can cancel or adjust your subscription from your account settings if needed.

Hello! I have now been charged 2 times after I have cancelled the subscription. I followed all the steps to go and cancel again and I do not see any “cancel my plan” in any area that it is supposed to be! This is unlawful to keep charging and making the cancelling of the plan impossible!

Since it’s been a while I expect you’ve already got this sorted. But if not, you can find instructions on how to cancel your Zapier subscription here: Change or cancel your Zapier plan.
