I am trying to set up a connection between instantly and Salesforce that will save the email send date from instantly in to salesforce.
is there away to store up these zaps and have them process all at once. say daily or weekly or does it need to be done in real time and use up lots of tasks?

Good question.
Most Zap triggers/actions work on a per record basis in real-time.
We would need a better understanding of the Instantly trigger and Salesforce action you are trying to use to be able to evaluate and advise more. (screenshots)
