  • How do I automate sending task attachments for signatures based on status changes?

I want to get attachments that are added to my tasks and send it for signatures.

The condition I want to set is everytime the tasks status is set to ready for signing, I want a zap that will take the attachment and send it for signing using zoho sign or docusign. Are there any possibilities on this?

The DocuSign Zap app doesn’t appear to have an available action for uploading files, but might be possible via  one of the other advanced actions.

 

The Zoho Sign Zap app doesn’t appear to have an available action for uploading files, but might be possible via Send Template.
