How do I automate pickup requests from Microsoft Teams to Detrack using Zapier?

Connecting Microsoft Teams with Detrack - Logistical application 

 

We are looking to use Zapier to bridge the gap between Microsoft Teams and Detrack (our current logistics software)

When a sales rep has a pickup ready at an account, they currently send a picture and message via teams to the ops group. We then manually enter that pickup from that specific account into Detrack and assign the job to a driver. The accounts address auto populates into detrack when we load the account name into the job. 

 

Goal : When a rep would message with “PICKUP (ACCOUNT NAME)” in teams, we would like to use Zapier to load a Detrack job. In addition, when its loads the job, they keyword account also gets populated within that job. Is this a possibility with Zapier?
