How do I automate Gmail to Google Sheets and AppSheet?

Hi good morning, I am trying to build an automation that requires Gmail, Google sheet and appsheet. how am I able to get details from gmail to google sheet that updates in my app on appsheet?

Thank you for your response but my issue is a little more nuanced. I need to see an example of how to do it because I am more of a visual learner.
