I receive a daily report from my HR System in the form of an email with a link. Every day, I download the link and upload it to Google Drive, then copy and paste that data into a tab in a primary sheet that’s used by hundreds of people.
Any ideas on how I can automate this?

If the link is a publicly accessible direct download link then you should be able to parse the email and upload the file to GDrive.
The file format and number of rows will depend on the rest.
