Question

How do I auto-block 2-hour appointments in Google Calendar using a Zapier form?

I have created a form in Zapier, for my appointments.

My appointments need to be 2 hour blocks.

I want to just enter the start date & time on my form and automatically block 2 hours into my Google calendar.

Can anyone please help on how to do this?

Hi @MrConcrete,

Welcome to the Community.

To create 2-hour appointments in Google Calendar based on a Zapier form submission, set the form as the trigger and Google Calendar as the action app with the "Create Detailed Event" action. Map the form's start date and time to the "Start Date & Time" field, and use Zapier's date/time modifier to add two hours for the "End Date & Time." Complete the remaining fields, test the Zap, and activate it to automate the creation of 2-hour events.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
